A popular event of the SILA National Education Conference is the Exhibitor Fair that helps kick-start our conferences by combining the Fair with a Welcome Reception. It's a great 'meet and greet' time for the exhibitors and the 700+ attendees expected for the 2017 SILA National Education conference. Exhibitors play a major role in the success of the SILA conference and we hope that you will participate in the exhibitor activities and join other SILA members at the national conference sessions.

The Exhibitor Fair offers 40 spaces for 10'x10' tabletop or full booth displays. Below are details covering many of the details related to exhibiting:
Sunday, September 24th at 10:00 am (This meeting is open to all exhibitors. Come and obtain conference updates and Exhibitor information).
Directly after the Vendor meeting (estimated 11:00 am)
Tuesday, September 26th: 5:00 pm
Registrations for the Exhibit booth space are done through the online conference registration form that is used to register attendees for the conference. The exhibit fee is in addition to conference attendee fees.
The exhibit fee is $1,775 for each 10'x10' display space. For example, one exhibit booth manned by one person would be a total of $2,325 ($1,775 plus the $550 early-bird registration fee).
Vendors who are not registered to exhibit at the Exhibitor Fair are not permitted to hold any private gatherings, meetings or demos.
