Subgroups
SILA has formed specialized subgroups that address specific issues, exchange regulatory information and provides a forum to discuss issues to elevate education and awareness. Participation in these subgroups is open to all SILA members who have an interest in any or all of these specialized subgroups.

The SILA Adjuster Licensing Subgroup (SALS) provides an active forum for adjuster licensing issues, solutions, research, and resources.
The SILA Agency & Carrier Subgroup is formed to provide a forum to discuss agency-carrier communications issues to elevate the education and awareness of the entire industry. Participation in the subgroup will be open to any industry representatives that has an interest or concern about agency-carrier communication and data exchange
The Surplus Lines Subgroup is formed to provide an information exchange to educate members involved in surplus lines licensing and tax filings.
The SILA Continuing Education Provider Subgroup is a forum addressing areas of CE regulation, administration, communication, and other matters impacting educational programs available to the industry.
