This 4 hour public class will discuss current issues regarding to state filing requirements, RPGs, Clearinghouse States (SLIP+), and more. PREREQUISITE: Students must complete the SILA Surplus Lines Fundamentals class (virtual only) prior to attending this class. An exemption will apply for students who provide proof of holding a minimum of three years’ surplus lines experience.
