PLAYER PRE-REGISTRATION OPEN!

This is the email you've all been waiting for!  SILA invites you to join us for a night of FUNdraising!

Whether you all it Cornhole, bean bag toss, baggo, or bags it is time to roll up your sleeves for a friendly competition! 

SILA is hosting a charity cornhole tournament at the annual conference to benefit the SILA Foundation. The tournament will be held onsite at the conference hotel Tuesday after the conference sessions.  We still start promptly at 5:00. The game will feature brackets where only the best team moves to the next round. Stop by for a drink and bite while enjoying the CORNAMENT festivities and mingling with other attendees to help raise money for the Foundation's scholarship program.  Entry includes one drink ticket and light snacks.  

Player awards include:  Champions, 2nd Place, Best Team Name and Most Team Spirit. 

We allow player pre-registration for this VERY popular conference event!  Spectator and player registration will continue in-person during the SILA Conference, be sure to stop by the SILA Foundation table located in the Exhibitor Hall (Eventide).

New for 2024 – COSTUME CONTEST! 

Pack your costume!  All tournament attendees (players & spectators alike) are encouraged to wear a costume.  Attendees determine the winners who are presented with a prize.  Categories include Best Costume, Best Conference Depiction, Best Celebrity, and the Party Pooper for those without a costume.  Expanded games to include golf pong and axe throwing.  Returning, the HAIL MARY CHALLENGE where you can show off your skills as all tournament attendees will have one chance to make an almost impossible hole-in-one to enter to win a VISA gift card.  This year, donate during the tournament to earn additional chances!   

Unfortunately we will not offer a raffle this year, but there are other ways you may help us continue providing scholarships & grants: 

  • Compete in the cornhole tournament, all proceeds go to the SILA Foundation ($40 Player/$80 Team) [includes one flashy pin, one drink ticket and food per player];
  • Watch the tournament as a Spectator ($30) [includes one flashy pin, one drink ticket and food];
  • Donate directly to the SILA Foundation while at the conference or by clicking here.  Donations of $30+ earn flashy pin which gains spectator entry into tournament [includes one flashy pin, one drink ticket and food].
