If you will be hosting a private party while at the conference, please complete this required form. Exhibitors who wish to sponsor activities and gatherings must be registered as an exhibitor for the SILA Conference Exhibitor Fair. One completed registration form per company is required. The hotel will work directly with the exhibitor to make the necessary arrangements. The hotel will not make any arrangements without an approval from SILA.
SILA vendors, suppliers, exhibitors, and other guest attendees who wish to sponsor activities and gatherings that involve SILA conference attendees or their guest(s) in hospitality suites, conference rooms and at off-site venues must receive advanced approval by SILA. Non-SILA hosted parties, demonstrations, or gatherings are not permitted during any official SILA programming hours or activities.
By means of prudent recommendation only, SILA suggests that all non-SILA sponsored programs conclude at or before 12:00 AM midnight.
