This 4-hour class will discuss state filing requirements, the NRRA when determining Home State, the FL Clearinghouse, OPTins and more. PREREQUISITE:  Students must complete the SILA Surplus Lines Fundamentals class (virtual only) prior to attending this class.  An exemption will apply for students who provide proof of holding a minimum of three years’ surplus lines experience.
