Claire McHenry is the Deputy Director - Securities Bureau with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance. Ms. McHenry has twenty years of state securities regulation experience, is an active member of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) and served as NASAA President for the 2023-2024 term. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and her Juris Doctorate from American University - Western College of Law.
Margie Webber currently serves as a Regulatory Director of Compliance focusing on the securities and insurance industries for RegEd. Margie has served as President of SILA, Governance Chair, Securities Chair, SILA Securities Industry Subgroup Steering Committee Member, and has served on FINRA's Licensing & Registration Council, Registration and Qualifications Subcommittee, and she currently serves as Moderator of SILA's NASAA/State Engagement Task Group.
