SILA’s Professional Development programs are designed to help you build and enhance your knowledge in the financial services industry, specifically the licensing and registration fields. SILA offers three levels of professional development that provides certification and recognition upon successful completion of each program; ultimately leading to the highest designation within the SILA organization.  For managers, SILA’s professional development programs can be used to create a Culture of Achievement within your company and can easily be incorporated within your company’s annual goal-setting and training objectives.
