SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

While the SILA events and facilities are priceless to your organization, they do have significant financial obligations. The nonprofit SILA organization has always worked on a “break even” financial basis. Since membership dues and conference registration fees do not fully cover the financial requirements, we need your help to protect the SILA events and facilities that have become so important to the well-being of our industry.

We are seeking your financial support of the SILA organization for 2012. Sponsorship of any amount will be greatly appreciated. In addition to the continuation of unsurpassed industry services, contributions made by your organization will also receive the following considerations:

Diamond Level Sponsor ($15,000+)

For 2012 Diamond Sponsors only:  All Diamond Sponsors are provided complementary meeting rooms in the Plaza Preconvene (Exhibit) area for use during the entire conference (September 30-October 3, 2012). 

  1. Choice of one (1):
    • Branded Hotel Key cards (first diamond sponsor to respond)
    • Hotel Video Loop (first-come, first-served)
    • Hospitality Suite for one day
  2. Choice of one (1):
    • Waiver of the 2013 SILA membership renewal dues for 4 individuals
    • Waiver of one 2012 conference registration fee
  3. One side-bar advertisement on the SILA website home page 
  4. Individual or organization name listed on the SILA National Education Conference website
  5. Banner stand signs at conference identifying company as a sponsor
  6. Full page advertisement in the Conference Program
  7. Recognition of conference sponsorship during SILA's General Session
  8. Flyer insert in the National Conference registration packet
Platinum Level Sponsor ($5,000+)
  1. Choice of one (1):
    • Waiver of the 2013 SILA membership renewal dues for 4 individuals
    • Waiver of one 2012 conference registration fee
  2. Choice of two (2):
    • Side-bar advertisement on the SILA website home page
    • Half-page advertisement in the SILA Conference program
    • Two months free posting on the SILA Job Bank facility
  3. Individual or organization name listed on the SILA National Education Conference website
  4. Banner stand signs at conference identifying company as a sponsor
  5. 100-word Organization description in the Conference Program
  6. Recognition of conference sponsorship during SILA's General Session
Gold Level Sponsor ($4,000-$4,999)
  1. Waiver of the 2013 SILA membership renewal dues for 2 individuals
  2. Choice of two (2):
    • Side-bar advertisement on the SILA website home page
    • Half-page advertisement in the SILA Conference program
    • Two months free posting on the SILA Job Bank facility
  3. Individual or organization name listed on the SILA National Education Conference website and conference signage.
  4. Banner stand signs at conference identifying company as a sponsor
  5. 50-word Organization description in the Conference Program
  6. Recognition of Conference sponsorship during SILA's General Session
Tote Bag Sponsor ($4,000)

Promote your company’s logo on SILA’s tote bags given to all attendees at conference registration.  Only one sponsor can be listed on the Tote Bag so this option is available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

Silver Level Sponsor ($3,000-$3,999)
  1. Waiver of the 2013 SILA membership renewal dues for 1 individual
  2. Choice of one (1):
    • Half-page advertisement in the SILA Conference program
    • One month free posting on the SILA Job Bank facility
  3. Individual or organization name listed on the SILA National Education Conference website
  4. Organization listed in the Conference Program
  5. Banner stand signs at conference identifying company as a sponsor

Patron Level Sponsor (Contributions over $200)
