SILA NATIONAL CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR FAIR

To promote our exhibitors and allow you the opportunity to showcase your products and services to an expected audience of 600 attendees, we are offering four vendor events at the 2010 national conference.  Exhibitors play a major role in the success of the SILA conference and we hope that you will participate in these exhibitor/vendor activities and join other SILA members at the national conference sessions.
 

EXHIBITOR FAIR:

The Exhibitor Fair will begin on Sunday, October 3rd at 3:00-6:00 PM with a Welcome Reception.  The Exhibitor Fair will also be open for both Monday and Tuesday’s breakfasts.  The Exhibitor Fair will offer 10'x10' table or full booth display space for 28 exhibitors. Exhibitor registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibitor fee is $1,725 for each 10'x10' display space (table or full booth). The conference registration fees for attendees are in addition to the exhibitor fee. For example, one exhibitor booth manned by one person would be a total of $2,250 (if early-bird fees apply). VENDOR PRESENTATIONS:

There will be four (4) breakout sessions in the conference program dedicated to vendors as a way to educate conference attendees on licensing and compliance technologies available to them. The presenter's firm and presentation topic will be listed in the conference agenda / program. The Vendor Presentation fee is $6,500 per session and registrations will be processed on a first-come, first- served basis.

SUPER SILABOWL VENDOR COMMERCIAL CONTEST:

Back by popular demand, SILA is offering a fun event for the vendors at the Tuesday evening reception. This is your chance to promote your products and services in a 2-minute commercial format on stage in front of SILA members and win one of two prizes if selected as the judges’ or the audience’s favorite! Following are some specifics regarding the Tuesday night event:

Guidelines:

• Open to all registered vendors, no additional fees. 
• 10 vendor slots available – first-come, first-served. 
• 2-minute presentation on products / services, with a 5-minute set-up allotted to each vendor contestant. 
• Presentations must be in a commercial format where product/services are promoted in a fun, creative way that is memorable to the SILA audience. 
• Presentations must be conducted in a clean, non-offensive manner. 
• Presentations must be live. 
• SILA will provide staging and three lavaliere microphones. All other equipment or props will be the contestants’ responsibility. 
• Contestants will be judged by a panel of judges to select the winner. The audience will also judge their favorite presentation to select the People’s Choice award.

VENDOR MEETING:

There will be a Vendor Meeting on Sunday, October 3rd at 10:00-11:00 am in the Ballroom PreConvene area, 2nd level of the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville hotel. This meeting is open to all vendors. Come and obtain conference updates, Exhibitor information, and provide input on what changes you would like to see made to the SILA conference to enhance your vendor experience.
