National Education Conference Exhibitor Fair
Exhibitors play an important role in the success of this conference. You offer invaluable solutions to SILA's membership to help meet specific licensing and compliance challenges. To promote our exhibitors and allow you the opportunity to showcase your products and services to an expected audience of 600 attendees, we are offering four vendor events at this year's national conference:
Exhibitor Fair:
The Exhibitor Fair will begin on Sunday, October 25th at 3:00-6:00 PM and will extend through Monday’s breakfast and lunch on October 26th. The Exhibitor Fair will offer 10'x10' table or full booth display space for 28 exhibitors. Exhibitor registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibitor fee is $1,725 for each 10'x10' display space (table or full booth). The conference registration fees for attendees are in addition to the exhibitor fee. For example for one exhibitor booth manned by one person would be a total of $2,250 (if early-bird fees apply). Click on the Registration link to register for your Exhibitor Booth. Vendor Presentations:
There will be four (4) breakout sessions in the conference program dedicated to vendors as a way to educate conference attendees on licensing and compliance technologies available to them. The presenter's firm and presentation topic will be listed in the conference agenda / program. The Vendor Presentation fee is $6,500 per session and registrations will be processed on a first-come, first- served basis. .....additional Vendor Presentation information available here.
Super SILABowl Vendor Commercial Contest:
SILA is offering a fun event for the vendors at the Tuesday evening reception. This is your chance to promote your products and services in a 2-minute commercial format on stage in front of SILA members and win one of two prizes if selected as the judges’ or the audience’s favorite! Following are some specifics regarding the Tuesday night event:
When: Tuesday, October 27th at 5:15-7:15 pm during SILA’s Tuesday night reception
Where: Phoenix C Ballroom – Reception format
Guidelines:
- Open to all registered vendors, no additional fees.
- 10 vendor slots available – first-come, first-served.
- 2-minute presentation on products / services, with a 5-minute set-up allotted to each vendor contestant.
- Presentations must be in a commercial format where product/services are promoted in a fun, creative way that is memorable to the SILA audience.
- Presentations must be conducted in a clean, non-offensive manner.
- SILA will provide staging and three lavaliere microphones. All other equipment or props will be the contestants’ responsibility.
- Contestants will be judged by a panel of judges to select the winner. The audience will also judge their favorite presentation to select the People’s Choice award.

Vendor Meeting:
There will be a Vendor Meeting on Sunday, October 25th at 10:00-11:00 am in the Phoenix C Ballroom at the Sheraton hotel. This meeting is open to all vendors. Come and obtain conference updates, Exhibitor information, and provide input on what changes you would like to see made to the SILA conference to enhance your vendor experience.
