Join us for a FREE educational webinar taught by Lilah Blackstone. This webinar will provide an overview of issues surrounding Financial Exploitation of the Elderly, and will provide and update of the related legislative and regulatory initiative. Topics will include:

Lilah Blackstone has extensive experience in all aspects of state law and compliance, and is an advocate for victims of financial fraud. She is a SILA member and a securities regulator in the District of Columbia. She gave a presentation entitled "The Legislative and Regulatory Landscape of Vulnerable Adults and the Elderly" at the 2017 SILA National Conference.
